Farewell to Fringe

It is close to the eleventh hour

And sadly beyond my power

Marvelous sights await my eyes

Anticipation overwhelms any cries

Five years of mysterious nights

Spent fixated on fateful sights

What wonders these eyes have beheld!

Mind in rapture, emotions compelled

Glory to those who’ve come this far

Witnesses to events bizarre

The last salutation, the last breath

Soon after, inevitable death

Fate has cast its terminal hand down
